Frankfurt/Kiev (dpa) – Lufthansa has cancelled its last flight destination in the attacked country following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The flight scheduled for Thursday evening from Frankfurt to the western Ukrainian city of Lviv has been cancelled for security reasons, a spokesperson reported this morning, adding that the overall situation would be assessed during the course of the day and the course of action for the next few days discussed. There are no Lufthansa crews currently in Ukraine. Earlier, the airline had already cancelled flights to Odessa and Kiev.
