We started our services with 100 KW in 2015 and today have extended our services for over 1.5 GW of assets. We offer an integrated model bringing services, machine and software capabilities.”
Innovation-driven
The company has modularised the data searching method using an algorithm to decipher it to give it to the user, for solar panels/systems made by different companies. The company also has designed an air filter cooling system that cools the inverters avoiding tripping. It also brought down water consumption for cleaning panels significantly.
Inspire also uses robotics to make entire operations environment-friendly. The company is keen to bring newer versions of robots for cleaning panels in the next 12 months.
“We have made the user interface in a way that the end-user gets quick data insights on activities. Our software provides alerts for engineers who go to the site and follow steps indicated in the app and resolve the ticket/problem for closure. We use simple statistical pattern recognition to solve equipment issues,” he added.
Key markets
Telangana contributes a significant portion of revenues with a healthy installation base. Close to 200MW of service out of the total 500 MW service happens in the Telugu States.
The company caters to projects in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The company plans to reach the remotest parts of India and overseas markets.
The company is actively looking at serving international markets such as the Philippines, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Australia. Vikram Shetty, CEO, Inspire Clean Energy said, “We are looking for a strategic partner who will bring funds, expertise and access to markets. We want a partner in growth.”
Technology strengths
The company has executed projects in different climate and environment zones such as seaports where there could be a lot of dust accumulation, or industries where there can be sticky dust coming from exhausts, which may get deposited on the solar modules.
Inspire looks at the possibility of providing independent O&M services for power generation, steam, and gas turbine systems for industries. The entire utility services could be catered to.
Dilip Kumar informed, “Inspire Clean Energy is working with an IIT to develop an artificial intelligence-based prediction model for grid stabilisation, studying their microsystems. This will help not only India but also several other nations in better grid management.”
