Mahesh Babu’s sibling Ramesh Babu dies of liver-related complication

Hyderabad: Actor Mahesh Babu’s brother and Superstar Krishna’s elder son Ghattamaneni Ramesh Babu passed away on Saturday evening in the city due to liver-related health complications. He was 56.
According to the reports, Ramesh had been suffering from ill-health over the past few weeks. As his health deteriorated on Saturday evening, his family members shifted him to Gachibowli AIG where the doctors declared him brought dead.
Ramesh Babu made his silver screen debut in 1974 with ‘Alluri Sitaramaraju’. Later, he went on to share screen space with both Krishna and Mahesh Babu in various Telugu films. ‘Naa Ille Naa Swargam’, ‘Anna Chellellu’, ‘Pachcha Thoranam’, ‘Mugguru Kodukulu’, ‘Samrat’, ‘Chinni Krishnudu’, ‘Krishna Gari Abbayi’, ‘Bazaar Rowdy’, ‘Kaliyuga Karnudu’, ‘Black Tiger’, ‘Ayudham’, ‘Kaliyuga Abhimanyudu’ were some of his landmark films in Telugu. Before bidding goodbye to Telugu silver screen, Ramesh had acted in ‘Encounter’, in which he played a character along with his father.
