The line had to be shut off to prevent an explosion and fire.The party so included so many attendees because the address was leaked on social media, Henry said. “All of us at the county were deeply concerned to hear about this incident,” Luc Hatlestad, public information officer for Arapahoe County, said in a statement to USA TODAY. “County officials cannot comment on it, or on the factors that caused it, until the appropriate investigations are completed.”
