Telangana will teach a fitting lesson to BJP in next elections: Gutha

Nalgonda: TRS MLC Gutha Sukender Reddy on Tuesday said the people of Telangana will teach a fitting lesson to the BJP in the next elections for the discrimination shown by the Narendra Modi government towards Southern states.
Speaking to the media at his camp office here, Sukender Reddy said the BJP government at the Centre has been showing discrimination towards southern states in the country on all issues. “Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu have been in the forefront in controlling population growth, achieving economic growth and improving literacy rate. Unable to stomach the achievements, the Modi government has been intentionally targetting these states,” he said.
The Centre was allocating funds of NREGP and other schemes based on population, which would benefit states of north India. If delimitation of Assembly and Lok Sabha Constituencies taken up by the Centre based on the population, the political domination of Northern states would increase at the Centre. He pointed out that population growth was high in the northern states.
