Gen. Kellogg: Russia is losing this war and ‘everybody sees it’

Retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg said Wednesday Russia is losing its war against Ukraine, and will need to “capture Kyiv” and “decapitate” the Ukrainian government if it is going to be successful.
