Revathi Advaithi was born on 18 October 1967( age 53; as of 2021) in India. She grew up in India. Revathi Advaithi did her graduation as a mechanical engineer from Birla Institute of technology and science in Pilani, Rajasthan, India in 1986. She opted for mechanical engineering that was opted by a few girls at that time. In 2003 Revathi pursued her MBA from Thunderbird Globe of Management, United States. She worked in the international market operational market, and in the global supply chain. Revathi began her career as a shop floor supervisor on a factory floor in Shawnee, Oklahoma. In 1995 Revathi Advaithi started her job in Eaten as a plant manager in England. Later, she became the Chief operating officer in Eaten. Revathi worked there for almost 10 years. On 11 Feb 2019, Revathi Advaithi was appointed as the Chief Executive officer in Flex, that is a manufacturing logistic company. Revathi is also an independent board of members in Uber.
