Bengaluru: Karnataka Congress chief DK Shivakumar stoked debate on Wednesday after reprimanding a selfie-seeking party supporter. In a video clip of the incident that had since gone viral, the MLA can be seen catching hold of the cellphone in question before rebuking the man and handing it back to him. This incidentally is the second such incident to happen this year.
The incident took place at Shivapura in Mandya on Congress foundation day. “There is nothing wrong with what I have done. I am also a human being. I have emotion and anger in me. You know what happened with Rajiv Gandhi, how he was killed. Anything can happen to me,” the Congress leader said.
