IPL auction over, time to focus on the colour blue: Rohit Sharma ahead of T20I series against West Indies

With the Indian Premier League mega auction becoming the biggest talk on cricket since last weekend, Indian captain Rohit Sharma shifted the focus back on the men in blue and said that he did not want to engage in the tournament talk any longer.
Speaking at the press conference ahead of the T20I series against West Indies, scheduled to take place in Kolkata, Rohit said, “IPL is played for two months and we play for India for 10 months. IPL auction is done and dusted. Time to focus on the colour Blue.”
Not wanting to talk about the biggest sell Ishan Kishan, who was bought by Mumbai Indians for a whopping Rs 15 crore, Rohit said that they know that as a cricket team, India are facing difficulties and they are working on it.
“We will keep our options open for the T20 World Cup. Conditions are different in Australia. Doors are open for everybody. I’m following some specific drills to ensure there are no injury concerns in the future. Am feeling absolutely fine. Then again, in this sport, injuries are bound to happen,” added the captain.
India take on West Indies in a three-match T20I series in Kolkata after completing a 3-0 whitewash in the ODI series in Ahmedabad last week.
